FL Scout Remove Front Bumper

Does anyone have any experience of removing the front bumper from an FL scout. I dunted the front end on a deep dip in a forest road the other day and it's all looking a bit worse for wear. Think some kind of mounting might be a little bent under there. Also the undertray isn't meeting up with the points on the bumper anymore either. There's no obvious cosmetic damage though and the oil-cooler etc all look fine. It's going into Skoda dealer on friday for something else but wanted to have a look myself before they tell me I need a whole new front end.
