just noticed today that when locking the car from the remote the rear off side door dont lock, it will unlock once you have locked the car but will not lock on the fob. when locking the car and ear to the door you can hear a noise as if the lock is trying to engage but just sort off gives up, any ideas would be much appreciated

i had a problem with front passanger door. Cant lock doors, passanger door pops open. it was faulty door switch, what is in side door lock. U can try to spray some contact cleaner on it but if it wount help then u need a new lock. If u open your door can u see on the dashboard that the door is open? £90 for lock and £60 is labour.
