If so which ones and where from?

the best I have managed to find are for a pair of 205/50/17's

Kumho KU31's £144ish delivered, would just need to get fitted and balanced (£10-15 should cover it)

Hankook Evo12's £173ish as above.

Did get a good offer on the Vredestein Ultrac Centro's on camskill as they are 30% off but not sure on the reviews they have had.

all the above prices are from Camskill. I tried Blackcircles even with a voucher and also mytyres and Camskill still the best price by a good margin.

try camskill i always use them and there super cheap

Ive found them 2 to be cheaper but with camskill you just tell them and they beat the price.

macsam is fully fitted at a local place.

for them sizew tyres on macsam fully fitted your looking £169.08 for KH31 or falken 452 for £157.10 for 2.

thaqts at my local in cardiff tho, shouldnt think it would be that much diff tho.

try black circles just got a set of conti sports for £113 each fitted.

Move to 225s

Just got a pair of Vreddys Ultrac Sessantas to go on the mongrel. Good price at £81 a tyre including delivery (in 215/40 R17 though)

Supposed to be a highly rated tyre so looking forward to trying it out once they get on my car.

I just had some Falken 452's in that size for £73 each fully fitted in Pontypridd, Nearest price I had was was £95 each

I'm not sure thats a smart a move as it used to be, I'll report back when I've a chance to compare the two sizes, the 205's were £20 cheaper for four yesterday btw

By the time I ordered four 452's off that site and p[aid to have them fitted, it works out the same price I paid yesterday !!!!!

I managed to pick up 2 pairs of 205/50 17 Contisport Contact 3's on eGay, which were on delivery miles (you can still see the coloured lines on the tread!) for £149 delivered!

I'd keep an eye out.....

how do you find the falkens? as i've just got rid of the verddys ultratrac as found them as good as death in the wet. Had some real scary moments with them!!! But great in the dry

I was watching those but the "scufffing on sidewall" put me off as there were no good photos.

Direct Tyres in Cardiff did me good price on ultrac sessantas for my recently sold BMW M sport. City Service Centre in Cardiff just did 2 Falken 452's for my VRS suppiled & fitted for £165.

The tyres are pretty much immaculate! One tyre has a very slight scrubbnig on the side - presumably from where the car was loaded onto the transporter or something.
