Scout LED DRL Pics

Featured Replies

Hi Nick_H,

This might sound like a daft question, if your LED DRL's are in lieu of the front fogs am I right in thinking that the interior light switch looses the second "pull" and the fog light icon is also now absent?

I would consider retro fitting them to my 2008 pre-facelft Scout but I suspect that it would require complicated and expensive changes to the electrical system for them to come on automatically with the ignition and turn off if the side or dipped lights are turned on :-(

I also think there will be confusion from other less intelligent drivers and that you'll get flashed regularly - purely down to their location and appearance. But I agree as they become the norm folks will get used to them or they'll soon get fed up with flashing!
