Brakes... what to do?

I have an old POS grocery getter and I like upgrading things on it as they wear out. As long as the body isn't rusted out, I'm happy having it go A to B. So far I have upgraded to Powerflex/cupra bushings front and back and Koni FSDs. Bushings were previoulsy dead, dampers were leaking oil and more or less non-functioning. My brakes are almost there, and they are the tiny disc and drum set up since I have the overpowered 75hp engine (might be less, actually).

Now that everything associated with the brakes are so old and destroyed, it's time to upgrade! Questions are:

1 - what other models can I find parts to upgrade from (both back and front)

X - what can bolt up to a plain vanilla POS Fabia from 2000, 2001, or 2002 (skoda doesn't know for sure, i have asked many times for part clarification)

2 - what other suggestions ya got?
