Featured Replies

anyone fitted one or considered fitting one?

on a golf but same engine noise i guess.

So it's a motorised flap that makes it sound like your exhaust is broken?

Sounds like my saxo. Not a good sound!

no love for the cut out then :D

just curious to see if any had been fitted. ive seen them on v8s and love them. but then found a few 1.8t vws with them fitted and wondered if anyone here had fitted them as some systems can be run from the boost to help increase power ( supposedly) as the exhaust system become dramatically shorter.

great way to annoy your neighbours and look like a d*ck.

will it not gas u as you drive?

Is this like a screamer pipe on jap cars where it routes the exhaust straight out from the turbo instead of down the exuhaust pipe?

They're illegal

But they do sound mental!

I remember seeing a Megane 225, highly tuned going round Rockingham and it sounded like a rocket!

They were lucky to be allowed, when we used to run events there the infield limit was 105Db
