wind deflectors

Featured Replies

Having a wee dilema ordered wind deflectors from ebay and they dont seem to allow the windows to shut proper without the safety feature kicking in. Also it looks very tight when in the channel and the window looks like it will burst. They are team heko deflectors.

Any help please???

I have recently fitted a pair from Climair in Sidcup and they are fine.

cool just worried that they may well cause the window to pop when the pressure get on them.

Also the sticky adhesive is on the back lip of the deflector and not the front and when the deflector is in place the window is catching it causing it too pull the deflector out of the channel. Is this where the adhesive was on yours?

cheers

Just fitted 2 Team Heko ones to the front and they are very good.On Ebay at £30.Didn,t use the steel clips as they are nasty and will rust in no time. The double sided tape holds them well in the channel.

Nice and slim and very good quality. You really have to bend them to get them in the channel but easy enough.

I've got 4 Heko ones fitted to mine, had them on since Dec with no problems at all

They,re the best ones i think.Perfect fit.

Love the Pegasus Alloys BTW

Cheers mate, wish I could get a 5th at a decent price though for the spare lol

Running these (Team Heko) on my Leon at the moment and was wondering if they did them for the Octy... ;)

The demo i had last week really showed how much of a difference they make... started putting the window half way up on the vRS cause the wind blast and noise was doing my head in !

Take the tape off, they'r designed to hold themselves in the runner...
