I have recently taken delivery of a Diesel Octavia vRS, very pleased with it.

When looking at buying I am sure the cars had their windows etched by http://www.retainagroup.com/ and were on the International Vehicle Register.

My new car has not got the windows etched which seems odd as today I had a letter from Retainagroup asking me to complete my details with them.

Has anyone else had the same issue?

I'm going to call Retainagroup in the morning and then Skoda.

Yes it is a brand new 2010 car, I thought the etching came as standard.

I didn't get chance to call Retainagroup today but will in the morning. Do you think it should have come with the windows etched?
