hi all, i bought a car few weeks ago and i found it tht speedo meter is not working, i mean half part is not working( which shows us the speed) and also alwys showing me the light for oil but i checked oil its fine. its my first car but i dont know wht is the problem, could someone help me to sort out this problem please!! its 01 reg ,1.4 skoda octavia

Oil light could be the oil pickup is blocked. Seems to be happening a lot lately.

Hi guys so the bcm on my 09 octavia left the chat recently and I had an auto electric place code in a second hand one for me . The issue I'm having now is when i select side lights the actual side lights only the filament is glowing and the drl in the fogs illuminate. The car never had the drls working prior to the bcm replacement and thr car lock never chirped either. Another issue I have is both door mirrors aren't working and I tries to replace them with an aftermarket set but still no luck.
