fabia vrs 07 power steering and electrical issues

Hi car is currently in at local skoda dealer ( AKL,NZ ) and is having some electrical issues. been in and out for the past 5 weeks or so. with out warning handbrake, traction control and another light come on. dash makes 3 x beeps, and if lucky radio gets massive crack of static. local dealer ( only dealer ) still really have no idea. have been playing with harness over last couple of days and seems to have made worse ( happened dozen times in a row, where as usually low speed ( under 40 kmph ) 2nd/3rd gear, low revs ). any more help would be appreciated...
