Silly question, but how do you remove the crankcase breather pipe clip? I dont want to break it. Do you just have to get pliers and compress the two ends together?

Sorted. I taped up the air intake bit for now as I couldn't find anything to stick there to fill it, and used a screw clip + some homebase washing machine waste pipe for the crankcase breather.

Amazing little puddle of oil sitting inside the air intake pipe and a very small amount of white steam coming out of the end of the washing machine pipe :-D

Not particularly pretty but it certainly seems to work.
