hi, i just went to change my discs today and the top caliper bolt was seized and after some pushing and pulling is now rounded. the bottom one came off fine, an ideas on how to get the top one out? thanks

give the head of the bolt a good whacking with a heavy hammer, than use mole grips

The other alternative is to get a SHARP chisel , make a mark on the head , and give it a good whack , after that ,moles will get it out .Known as CBE(crude ,but effective,ancient technology)
