My glove compartment makes irritating noise. I noticed it's brake of hatch, which is installed very loose and it vibrating all the time. ^^^^^^^^^^

So how can I fix it? Or how can I remove this brake totally?

Thats not right at all, as your car is nearly new take it back to the dealer and ask them to fix it. I am sure in Finland you also have a good warranty which should cover everything.
