1.6 CR Issues

Good evening all

Has anyone come engine across noise from the 1.6 CR TDI ? Its very similar to the noise made from my old 1.9 TDI when the fly wheel went wrong and somtimes sounds like its about to konk out if you are at idle. Two dealers have had it in for test but as always when they get the car nothing happens.......but once we drive it home it starts again .....arhh any advise or help please..............................................
