Got my Blue flame cat back fitted

Featured Replies

I managed to pick up a Blueflame cat back exhaust off of eBay for £25 B) I didn't think they would send it but they did  Got it fitted by my local ATS for £30 cash, its got a nice deep burble but not offensive, I'm really happy with it.

I've had the car 9 months and originally bought it as a cheap run around, but it soon turned into more than that (I blame this forum). So far I've got a pipercross panel filter, Forge 007p dumpvalve, Cat back, R-Tech stage 1 remap and Brembo discs and EBC pads. I've also had new wishbones, anti roll bar bushes, N75, MAF, and a clutch master cylinder.

Plan for next year is N249 bypass, coilovers, RARB, new windscreen, and some paint work to make it 100% and maybe go stage 2?

A big  to the people on the forum who have given me advice to get me where the car is today.

Cheers

Mike

I'm on the look out  Would I need to get it stage 2'd if I got a turbo back?

no, it'll be fine fitting a downpipe with the current mods but will help with the future plans of going stage 2 as you would need it for that anyway to get the best results

Cheers, was a little bit concerned with possible over boost? I'm glad I paid to have the cat back fitted because it was a right bitch to get the old one off and the new one central :S

Like I said I can't believe no one else spotted it and I'm even more suprised he actually came through and sent it. Just need to find a down pipe for £25 :wonder:
