Hi Briskoda Members,

I ordered my Octavia Elegance 1.4TSI DSG(Pearl Black Metallic) on 4th May 2010 and it is presently in Embden,hope to have it on the road early September.Looking forward to participating in the Forums & gaining advice & tips from one & all.

This is my first Skoda & hopefully it wil be a good experience.I am just north of Glasgow and hope to meet local Skoda owners @ arranged meetings.

Very confused and apologies if covered elsewhere but can't find it... looking to get a towbar fitted for caravan towing and an independent towbar company is warning about coding and about the rear emergency braking kicking in and not letting me reverse with the caravan in place. Another has said they can fit a towbar but I'd need to take it to a dealer to get it coded. I've contacted my local skoda dealer and they've quoted £1900 for a towbar to be fitted!! low battery indicated remove battery check voltage if 3v clean battery around the area where the contacts touch and the contacts also isopropal will do refit battery will save a new one

Hi all, Anyone else getting repeat Infotainment updates that don't appear to be installing, I'm getting this problem on my 2024 Superbs Infotainment unit nearly every day, when I look on the Information tab I can see the updates and when it says they're installed, and a prompt to say the installation will be active the next time the car is started, so all looks correct. But literally the next day I'll get another message on the screen to say updates are available and ready to install, and the sa
