Vag-Com Fabia Help etc

Featured Replies

Hi, not sure if this is in the right section (knowing my luck, probably not) but is there anyone who knows abit about Vag-Com etc, we have just purchased a 59 plate Fabia 1.4 TDi Sport and i was wondering if the car can be set so that the doors lock automatically after the car reaches 10mph (our old VW Touran did and was very usefull)

Any info much appreciated

Thanks Stu

Stu...yes this is the right section.

Indeed the doors can be set up to lock automatically once your car reaches 10 or 15mph (can't remember which speed it is). I know any Skoda dealer can do it for a small fee (£15 usually I believe), but check with your local guys and they will give you the low down. Are you pleased with your car?

I will take it back to them and see what they say, only picked it up last night so not been in it yet (apart from on the test drive) but seems to be a good car (totally different to the Touran)

I used to have a Mk5 Polo 1.4TDi and i think its the same 3 cylinder engine so apart from it being noisy all is well :)

Cheers Stu
