I want to try and clear the washer jet on my Octavia Estate but how do I remove it from the high level break light assembly?

When i cleared mine last year i used a pin, with a slight kink, approx 0.5mm offset, and that was sufficient to disloge the crud that accumilates over time I know this does not answer your original question but if the pin works........good luck
