Got my brand new Octavia 1.4TSI DSG Ambient the other day (I'm not sure if Ambient trim level is the same all over the world....). In the manual it sais something about passangers side mirror diping down when the R gear is engaged (to ease up parking) but I can not get this thing to work.... Is it something I can enable with vagcom? What about other extra features which I currently dont have:

1. Puddle lights

2. Coming/leaving home

3. Auto lock/unlock doors

4. Single door lock

5. I want the car to "beep" when I lock/unlock it (currently it just blinks with the lights)

Should be different from country to country.

But i thought the following:

1) Only on Elegance and above

2) Only with rain & light sensor (standard on Elegance and above)

3) Standard on all models)

4) Adjustable if you have maxidot. Otherwise dealer or someone with VAGcom

5) Adjustable if you have maxidot. Otherwise dealer or someone with VAGcom

And the passengers mirror only dips down if you have electrical seats.

Auto dip mirror only works with electric seats...

1- Puddle lights need the correct type of mirror

2 - Not sure about coming/leaving home lights, but I guess this can be set via VCDS as it in normally controlled via maxidot

3, 4 & 5 - VCDS should be enable to enable these for you
