Have noticed on a couple of times now a noise coming from drivers door panel. Sounds like a dull "gong"

Disappears when I start car.Could it be a warning noise for something?

Anyone any ideas please?

Maybe coming from a door speaker. Door open possibly -any warning lights?

Never heard a dull gong- except at dinner time.

Maybe coming from a door speaker? Not heard this noise as such, but the seatbelt warning does make a beep when a preset speed is reached.

Thanks comes from speaker area when car is stationary. Sometimes when I have had doors open for while.
