Definitely yes. Once you try it and see for yourself, you'll appreciate that it'll strip off anything previously applied to the car pretty quickly :yes:

Aggitate the paintwork with a small brush? You should just be able to leave Tardis to do it's thing and then wipe off with a microfibre cloth?

Lol, I just feel a little unsure leaving wet solvent on the paint, but hey you know much more than me so I'll omit the brush next time then
