spring loaded handle is to hold shopping bags

the hook on parcel shelf is to hold the boot floor handle up when accessing the spare wheel areas

I fixed the net across the boot up to the spring loaded bag hooks and down onto the floor mounts

splitting the boot space up so I can keep my shopping boxes wedged nearer the front fro access.

The stanchions you describe are for fixing the top of the net bag on, a part of the 2-part Cargo Netting system ( DMA 600 003 )

Yes! I use the double hook for shopping bags too of course, but it is pretty damn perfect for holding the brown paper curry bags upright to stop the sauce leaking everywhere, and to keep the smell out of the cabin. I often wonder if they were really designed for that specific purpose and the 'shopping bags' line was an advertising after thought...

I keep a few spare Tesco carriers under my autochanger.

Yup, always remember to take your second hook with you when you go from an Elegance to a vRS! And your cargo net...

You can buy a second hook if you have a model with only one....
