I think it's just cost. I had them on my Passat estate and it was over £1400 fitted, which is a lot, even if they are super-duper with a lifetime warranty. When you can get a set of coilovers for £400 and most people only want them to run super-low, they don't want to spend a small fortune for only a little more control over setup.

Yeah, a lot of people got the fabia because of the VFM factor, not likely to then spend 1/4 of it's value again on a set of coilovers for the drive to work each day, as nice as they are

fair play, see i bought some 400 quid coilies and they were rubbish....no im not being pretentious they literally fell apart (will not name brands)

I've got bilstein Springs & shocks - even 2nd hand they were £300!!!
