Should i go for a 3rd party Warranty on my new (To me!) VRS

Featured Replies

Hi,

my history with cars has been tenuous at best. My 1.9TDi A4 (Same engine as VRS) was faultless up to a point. Mercedes E-class was terrible and i ended up spending thousands to keep it on the road (sold it on at a massive loss).

My current BMW Z4 is bombproof...and i cane the thing everywhere.

Now onto the wifes VRS. I bought it yesterday, its a 2006 plate...

AA warranty are pretty good in my experience, but I'm thinking is it worth paying for the warranty on a 5k car????

Any advice please?

Thanks

Don

ive got an AA warranty on mine purely for the turbo cover

costs me £15 a month and i can cancel it at any time, i increased the excess of the policy to bring the monthly cost down

mines a 53 plate car with 69k on the clock

I (personaly) wouldnt, but Im a fidler, I fix things even when they work fine already :-D
