vRS Rear Bumper Part No. Help Needed Quickly!

Hey can someone give me the part number or confirm if the part No. I've got will do:

FAA 410 004

Its for the lower part of the rear vRS bumper, I've found a skirt with this part No. for sale at a good price and just need to confirm its the same as the standard part, reason is the previous owner had fitted a tow bar and had to cut the bumper now leaving an ugly rectangle.

So if someone could confirm that would be great!
