Where can I buy an alternative to the plastic boost pipe?

Featured Replies

Hi,

having owned VAG/Audi cars, i do not believe the boost pipes are up to scratch.

Previously on my A4, it dislodged itself at 70mph on the M6...

I am looking to buy a metal one.

Has anyone here had any luck securing wither end of the pipe with a strong jubilee clip????

Cheers

Hi mate, just ordered on for £50 via paypal. I still have to pick up my car let alone drive it. I have not even looked under the bonnet yet.

Is it as simple as pulling off the original pipe and replacing it with the stainless. I assume that there is already rubber where the original one used to be. I am hoping the steel will slide into it???

Then i can secure with some jubilee clips..

ive replace my bottom corner pipe with a samco pipe to stop it poping off
