2p Bolero!

Featured Replies

Well not quite, but my daughter stuck a two pence piece into the Cd player on my Bolero. It has gone right in. Is it major surgery time to remove it and if so what are the options? Cheers

It's 4 screws behind the 4 little plastic covers in the radio to remove it (obviously taking care to disconnect the cable too).

Past that I'm afraid I don't have a clue how hard it is to take the lid off.

This might require some surgery. Problem is, opening any panels will mean breaking the warranty seals.

Remove the radio as mentioned, remove the 4 blanks in the corners, remove the 4 torx screws, pull radio forward and unclasp the power and Ariel and then remove it, hold it face down and shake it you may get lucky and the 2p might show itself at the slot use a thin bladed table knife to help it out, just like raiding the piggy bank
