Hi guys, help needed. My car had a faulty ignition coil (cylinder 3) and the engine management light came on. Ive swapped it over and now it runs as normal. Is there a way to reset or remove the EML without VAG.com? Kind regards, Neil.

Cheers Chicken, i assume disconnecting the battery will not work?

You can give it a try but I don't think it will work.

Make sure you have your stereo code handy before you do that though!

Disconnecting the battery in itself will give you a fault code (18... something or the other)
