Please could anyone tell me which relay switch it is for the cooling fan (next to rad) on a 2000 1.9 diesel?

the relay is in the engine bay. but it only controls the second staged fan speed

Bugger, not that then, thanks for your help mate, it'll be the feed wire somewhere..

If you can't find it anywhere else do check the actual wire in the plug. On occasions I have found the wire corroded to such a state in plugs in an engine bay (in my case oil pressure switch) that it could no longer conduct, and this was not obvious without taking it apart.
