LED Daylights

Featured Replies

Hello,

Does anybody know where I can buy LED Daylights for an 05 Superb Mk1 on the internet?

I know i can get them through www.superskoda.com but have read bad review about them on briskoda.

Any help would be greatly appreciated as I want to buy them as a gift for the fella.

thanks

Mellissa

I wouldn't, it will look guts tbh, two things and only two things that improve the look of the car, and they are 20inch wheels and a lowering kit, the shape is classic and it needs no bodykits or bolt on's.

All you'll do is make it look cheap fitting gaylights to it.

Agreed.

I sort of agree with most of the comments here in that there's not a huge amount you can do. Larger wheels and dropping the suspension helps rectify the tractor look. Thing is, with 20'' wheels, comes 20'' rubber and that's pricey, especially as rubber needs replacing. You could drop an inch or two from the wheel size and fit wheel spacers so the wheels fit the arches better.

Also, tint the rear windows and fit a front Seat Cupra splitter. Improves the front end look a lot.

Forget spoilers, they look very aftermarket and I've yet to see one that improved the look of the car. As for DRL's. I mocked some up on my car just to see what they looked like. Didn't like them. Easy enough to make yourself though, you don't have to source them from anyone. If you can wire a plug socket and you have an hour spare you'll be fine.

It's not a pretty car, nor is it classic. It is what it is. A big car that looks-wise is boring but does a lot of jobs quite well.
