Alloys to fit over Brembos

Featured Replies

Need a new set of alloys

and im stuck as i have brembo gt kit (same as LCR) brakes

Due to the offset and size only some 17" alloys fit

can anyone give me a definative list of what fits or if they know anywhere that lets you 'try' for size??

so far i know these wheels fit

Audi TT comps

Octy Spiders

Ibiza Cupra mk4

tt 6 spokes

s3 avus wheels

Supperleggeras are one of the lightest wheels on the market :)

Off a lambo?! I thought they were OZ wheels? :-/

Spiders will only fit with spacers

Hmmm - could be problematic. Firstly, the offset on those is a bit low, and then the 20" aspect could be a bit much and unless Lummox rolls the arches for you, I reckon getting the 10.5" rears on could be an issue although the 9" fronts might be OK.

I had R8 V10 wheels on my TT for a while (same sizing), but the rubbing became annoying, so they had to go!

Arent the lambo wheels 18's or something? And what people do is put the front ones on both axles 8j?

God knows!

Well i had a lovely set of powdercoated black spiders lined up! And they need spacers :(

No one was suggesting lambo wheels lol, just replying to my comment, someone got confused.

I have seen a black fabia with lambo reps tho, looked ok IMO, 18's tho :-/

Matt

dont think you can fit anything lower than 18" over the LCR brembos because of the size, i may be wrong when fitted on another car but i no on the leon itself you cant fit anything lower than 18"

You only need 17's to clear the 323mm disc / caliper size

Its the width of the caliper that is the problem

So only a handfull of 17" alloys fit

I am currently running audi s3 avus 17's

17" LCR alloys and Brembo 323mm brakes.

They will be the ibiza cupra alloys?

No?

Lcr ones are 18's!!

Nope they arent Ibiza alloys, they look different.

LCR came with no Brembos and 17" wheels in Europe, later these wheels were used on the FR+ Leon.

On the Ibiza alloys they curve and are alot higher offset, also different around the centre where the spoke meets the hub.
