I have decided to service my motor for the 1st time. The car is a 05 1.9 tdi skoda octavia. I asked in the motor factors for the stuff and he gave me ' ACDelco SAE 5W30 engine oil vw 504.00, 507.00' . Could someone tell me is this suitable b4 I use it. Any info or tips on changing the filters would also be appreciated especially the fuel filter. This is my 1st diesel so i'm heading into virgin territory. Thanks.
