Jetez Exhausts wot are they like

Featured Replies

Im searching for a exhaust system for my octavia any one had any experiences with jetez exhaust ive found a whole sytem for

Its JeteX by the way, and from what I know of them they look sweet, and Jabbasport fit them, cuz I've seen Jetex bits and bobs on show in their waiting room.

R & A Design are a supplier of Jetex also, got my panel filter from them! [email protected] Richard knows his stuff, although more so on VW.

The exhaust system fitted by Jabba is a full system,it was initially tested by Chrish and he is very impressed.

why'll your at it why don't you have a re-map???

Sorry Alex....Chris has the Blueflame dp/cat plus Jetex cat back but he wasn't the first to have the Jetex cat back from Jabba.

I believe the first was sold to Colin (Crosby?) up in Scotland and I had the first ( :o ) Jetex cat back fitted by Jabba.

On it's own it is quite a quiet system but sounds a bit more meatier. It's only when you change the dp that things get louder and meatier still.

I've got the Milltek dp/cat...Blueflame dp/cat wasn't available at the time. :(

ive only got a 1.4 so a remap is not really worth it

ive only got a 1.4

So have I. ;)

Best fitting/quality = Milltek

Cheapest = Poss. Jetex

Best sounding = Haywood & Scott

Mostest expensive = Milltek

Quietest sound = Jetex

Bestest + Loudest sound = Haywood & Scott

:agree:

Loudest sound = Haywood & Scott

...only because you've got a hole in the flexi-joint. ;)

My Jetex went on perfect first time and haven't had any problems with it since. Know that some peeps had some fitting problems with the first version of Milltek exhausts.

Apparently a lot better now.
