Xenons & DRLs / Cornering Fogs

Featured Replies

Now that the nights are drawing in a bit, the xenons are kicking in more.

One of the few things that niggle me with the Yeti is that Skoda took the trouble of fiting a "blue" parking light bulb at the front, but when DRL and especially cornering fogs are on, they're quite yellow.

What do the team think of http://www.lamin-x.co.uk/ - was wondering if a layer of the "Optic Blue" over the round DRL/Fog lense would make it look a bit more coordinated ?

Bear in mind the more yellow light from the fog lamps will cut into mist and fog far better than the xenons can, the more yellow light has a longer wavelength and is more suited to fog.

LED DRLs would be nice though

Indeed - however I figure I use my fogs in genuine conditions once or twice a year.

DRLs / Cornering Fogs get used every day ?
