Will wheels with this offset fit my lowered fun?

Its the lowered thing I'm most worried about, don't want them to catch my arches!

Diameter - 7j

15"

tyre size 195/50/15

you might need a spacer for those to clear the brake calipers, normally the offset is within the 38-43mm range on a felicia
