If you have a look at the sill next to the wheel, 10-12 inches away, there is an arrow moulded into the sill. Its not that easy to see, you will have to get right down low to find it. The jack engages with the ridge right at the bottom of the sill. Do NOT use the jack on the sill itself, its very soft and the sill will bend (ask my wife). The jack feels very flimsy in use.

ok thanks i'll have a look to see where that arrow is. if i'm using the provided jack is there anywhere to jack it up
