Fabia vRS headunit change

I would like to change the standard head unit in my vrs to an aftermarket iPod compatible hu I have.

Couple of questions:

What keys do I need to remove the symphony cd playing hu thats already in there? (a search said something about vw ones)

Im guessing I'll need a skoda/iso wiring adaptor, any recommended ones/ones to avoid?

Will I need a fascia adaptor, if so, are these available directly from skoda, so the plastic matches the rest of the dash/equipment (yes, I know im a tart )
