Try some Lock Tight or super glue on the threads. I had trouble with the same thing on my Old Furbie Vrs, works a treat

Hello,

If is the door stay torx bolt I found this worked lose after I gave it a squirt of WD 40. I agree with Auric, I used loctite and a sprung washer and its been fine since. The biggest hassle was getting the splined torx bit. I had to buy a set. Good luck.

Halfords normally keep all the torx bits and sell them individually or in sets.

Dont think they are torx, more like an M8 spline (aka triple square).
