Hey, Just bought my first Skoda about 10 days ago. 06 plate Fabia vRS with 40k on the clock, black magic with full balck leather interior! I absolutley adore it!

Really enjoyed looking through the forums, so have decided to sign up and say hello!

Being a bit of a petrolhead and avid VeeDubber the vRS was a treat to myself after my 1998 Golf's engine died a smoky death! Also needed a diesel for commuting to/from work.

Have found the site really informative and am looking forward to meeting some fellow Skoda enthusiasts!

Recent bought a second hand 2025 elroq 85 edition trim (no packages) Trying to get my head round the lane assist feature. Skoda manuals don't explain it particularly well. I thought that it would happily keep my in the motorway lane, as long as my hands were touching the steering wheel..instead it kind of bounces me back and forth between the lines like a pinball before getting angry at me and telling me to drive in the centre of the lane. I thought that was your job, car! Anyway it acts more

Noticed today that my rear view camera is seeing more than it used to, that is, I can now see some of the number plate and body work top and bottom. I'm sure it used to be just a nice clear picture of the rear without anything extra? Am I mistaken, does everyone see the number plate and bodywork?
