Yeti Competition ?

Featured Replies

Autocar in this weeks issue pitched the Yeti 1.8 against the Juke (top of range 4wd Tecna), Golf twincharger and the Countryman.

Countryman came a dismal last with the Golf getting the overall honours but with the caveat that if you needed the ground clearance and practicality then the Yeti was a no brainer.

Nissans way of getting a tall SUV to handle was certainly not preferable to Skodas - in the opinion of the Autocar testers, being far too firm. They got the impression with the Yeti that it had been designed for even worse roads than the UK!

The Yeti 1.2 long termer is continuing to impress also.

I like quirky and not run of the mill, that's one of the reasons I'm buying the Yeti.

Yes but the yeti is quite elegant and refined almost whereas the Juke is just puke in a tin.
