Anyone lowered a new vRS yet?

Featured Replies

Looking for some pics & advice as to where I get some springs. I had eibachs on my old clio sport and would like the same kind of look.

Show us your lowered vRS's!!

Thanks,

I doubt its been done yet..The car is too new

Even if it has, it will be minimal as its lowered anyway

I would think that the springs set up is pretty much the same as the Fabia II pre facelift

i believe the vrs is only 20mm lower than standard and 5mm lower than the -15mm 'sport' springs option. You can get the Eibach lowering springs from somewhere like Awesome but you'll need to check if it fits the new vrs

KW do variant 1s with an adjustable 30-60mm drop, but weigh in at over £860 so i hope you have deep pockets...

The suspension is the same as my Ibiza, different to the Fabia I and pre facelift, only a little though. They have changed the top mounts and gone back to the MK1 Octavia type with the small bearing.

Probably not listing anything specific for the vRS but Weitec confirmed the axle weights are close enough to use the TDi set up which they do for the Ibiza, I got mine from Damian at DPM Performance for just over 500 iirc.
