My Columbus has died...

Forgot to mention (which I'm guessing is connected,)  - the window up for the passenger side sometimes won't close on auto up, as soon as the window reaches the top it goes down again, I have to try several times holding the up switch on D/S until it will finally work, then last couple of weeks the D/S window will not close on auto and I need to hold the button in the up position for it to close,
