Advice please!

Hi all, im just taking my octavia vrs (2003) off the road to give me a chance to tune it up a bit.. ive been chating to my friend and he suggested that i put the k04 turbo ith uprated bearings ect on it and a race spec audi tt manifold.?

i really want to put a new turbo on it.. along with a front mount, clutch conversion, coilovers and a revo remap.

my mate said that he has known people to put a subaru turbo on 225bhp S3's ect.

id be really happy if you could suggest parts that you lot have already used or know of..
