hi guys has enybody had there front calipers powdered coated if yes how do they get on with the seals and piston

when they are in the oven sum one said just paint them but they never look good do they

remove all pistons/ seals cover all exposed theads/ bores with masking tape. powder coat remove tape before baking. renew seals. Or push pistons right in shot blast /powder coat /bake. remove pistons and renew seals ALWAYS RENEW SEALS.

ive got the fabia sport just say if you do paint the calipers wot would it cost to paint and buy new seals if they sale them at the dealers

would be nice to have them like the porsche bright gloss red or green
