Are these the ones you cut to shape with a Stanley knife?

Allegedly !!! I used a mk 1 pair of snips to remove a section of moulding that fouled fitment,got some longer self tappers and penny washers and thats about it!!!

They are standard Skoda mudflaps and it took approx 1 hour to do both sides!!

Where did you hear this? The factory have never had plans to set up production for this one part

Yep, Contact skoda UK who confirmed there is NO release of VRS mudflaps in the spring, nor is there any under developement.

(Having said that sometimes they're treated like mushrooms when it comes to advanced warnings of imminent releases)
