Some one can help how to replace a headlight bulb [LOW BEAM] on my new fabia [1.2tsi 105bhp]?

I have halogen projector headlights.

The Manual:

• Open the bonnet
  
• Remove the protective cap
  
• Turn the connector with the light bulb up to the stop towards the left and remove
  
• Replace the halogen lamp H7, insert the connector with the new halogen lamp and turn to the right up to the stop.
• Insert the protective cap.
  
  

the connector in my car does not want to move left and not right!

What should I do?

It is a very tight!

Just do as the instructions says and look the pictures on owners manual.

its ULTRA tight!

I tried to turn it left and the connector doesnt move :(

I gave up. =\

I think I'll go to the garage to do that

On my brand new Fabia they need to be turned CLOCKWISE when looking through the lens at the bulb and yes they are very tight

Not helped by my large hands
