Nanolex Vs Halfords

Featured Replies

are the Nanolex/A.N.Other rain repellents any better than the Halfords rain repellents? I am getting to the last dregs of my halfords one and just not sure if they can justify the cost as the halfords stuff has done me well for the past two years

I haven't used any of the Nanolex products but from what I hear they get rave reviews............ ;)

Any Rain Repellent is better than nothing but I know that G-Technic are making some awesome products at the moment for similar applications..............

Both the halfords & rain-x rain repellants are very good...until you try Gtechniq G3 ;) it is noticably more efficient especially at low speeds & lasts longer too.

But as B21 says any form of rain repellant is better than none at all B)

AutoExpress consumer test put the Halfords one in first place.

don't forget the photos when you try it :D I like the idea of clearing from 30MPH The Halfords stuff is great at dual carriage way speeds but not so slick at slower speeds, although the drops don't spread so even if they dont clear you can still see through them very easily. :D

Is that what you use on the ferrari's then Chris? I have always found the Halfords one to be a bit greasy looking when applying and it requires a good bit of effort to buff it clear unlike one of the videos on that site where he just buffs it with a terry/microfibre mop?
