fabia subtle mods?

Featured Replies

Hi there I pick up my Fabia Vrs at the weekend and Im after some subtle mods, Ive seen on here the lcr splitter is recommended, has anyone changed their spoiler? I currently have a zetec 2 (not new shape but the one before) and it has a pretty decent sized spoiler on it...

Thanks in advance, The car is a 56, black, 38k, completely standard... Was a bit jubious bout changing as the zetec s looks more sporty being 3door..

Also where is the best place to get xenons and what lowering springs etc would you recommend?

Lucy

Fiesta of Focus?

vRS spoiler is the biggest in the range, If you're really brave there's a WRC style picnic table spoiler available!

Enjoy your new car, You'll not be disappointedemoticon-0148-yes.gif

Hello,

The best springs are Eibach's for the Fabia.

my car is the same as yours too 07 56 with 38k in black

how much did you pay for it if you don't mind?

Fiesta not the round bubble shape, but the boxy shape, I dont want a massive spoiler like something off a scooby but something quite noticceable! just like whats on the zetec s..

\just need some info on springs, lights etc etc as Ive never had a german car before.. :)

Can you recommend n e where to get the springs? Is it just the springs I need or springs + something else? (your talking to a female here lol)....

Paid 7790 for it, am so excited, pick it up Fri from Dennis horton skoda in Lincoln :)

Have a look in the site sponsors section for suppliers.

Can't go wrong with Eibach's they'll give you a 25mm drop!

Or coilies for a bigger drop!

Where the hell is Rob? There is a question to be asked here............................

You could really do with these to go with your springs an all

Howdy Luce. It's Eibach Sportlines you need, Where do you live? We can then recommend a nearby place to get yer springs fitted or are you doing them yourself.

Jabbasport are the masters of mods on VAG cars, not too far from you- Crowland, Peterborough. The rear anti roll bar stops the roly poly feeling when cornering.

Apex is 40mm Chris.

25mm.? Some don't like going too low others do. I'm happy with this drop, you'll have to imagine 25mm drop on your own car.

There are photos around the forum comparing differnt spring heights.

40mm is surely low enough I might consider collies go 60mm

ryan - where r ure eyebrow things from?

As for Apex springs Chris, you know what Cliosport members think of them, not favourable. Coiovers are the best way to go for lower than 25mm. Plenty of discussion on those around the forum.

Haven't you got any eyebrows then :giggle:
