Large boot lid service update

The big door of my Superb II boot won't close completely, for the second time in 4 months.

On the top of the small lid you can hear the motor trying to engage, the lid almost closes, then it pops up about 3mm.

The problem has already been describe here:

and in other posts. Apparently there is a recall or service update that addresses the problem.

Can someone who has had this problem supply me with the reference, so's I can check whether I have this installed?

My car was built in July 2008.
