Columbus re-orders MP3 Files

Featured Replies

I recently copied about 4GB of music tracks to an SD card to play in my Superb Elegance/Columbus. On the SD card, the tracks are in the right order (i.e. same as on the CD) but with the SD card in the car, the tracks are re-ordered alphabetically, which makes a nonsense of many concept albums etc. Does anybody know if this is a Windows issue (my folder options are set to "remember") or somthing the car does?

I've only had the car a week (11MY) but so far, I can't find any settings that might re-order tracks in the car to the same order as on the SD card.

I'd appreciate any help. Thanks.

Mine are as the Windows folder(ie in order). I put folders on the SD card and then copied the 'root' of the card to the HDD on the columbus to keep the file structure intact.
